SWEEPSTAKES DATES
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on August 2, 2010 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. PT on August 30, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be submitted and received within this time period. Any entries not received within this time period will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter by completing and submitting the online entry form at www.ktla.com/wynn. You must provide all information requested on the entry form, and you must have a valid e-mail account in order for your entry to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and KTLA is not responsible for online entries that are lost, late, garbled, deleted or misdirected as a result of technical, internet or other online difficulties. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the holder of the e-mail account will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Subsequent entries from the same email address will be deleted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Sponsors will make any and all final decisions in any and all issues related to this Sweepstakes, and their decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older as of August 2, 2010. Employees of other media companies (including television and radio), as well as employees of KTLA and/or Wynn Resorts and their parent corporations, subsidiaries, or affiliates, and such employees’ immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION
On the dates and times listed below, KTLA will select one (1) winner in a random drawing among all qualifying entries (for a total of 5 winners). The odds of being selected as the winner depends on the total number of entries received at the time of each drawing. If a selected winner is not eligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. Once a party is declared to be an eligible winner, he or she, or anyone else in their household, shall be ineligible in any other drawings made pursuant to this Sweepstakes.
The aforementioned random drawings will take place on:
• Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 9, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 16, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 23, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 30, 2010 at 5:01 p.m.
Each winner will receive one (1) certificate redeemable for:• Monday, August 9, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 16, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 23, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 30, 2010 at 5:01 p.m.
• Two nights of accomodations in a Resort Room at Wynn Las Vegas, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV, 89109. Accomodations are limited to single or double occupancy. (Approximate Retail Value: $488.00) Hotel room subject to availability. Black-out dates may apply.
• Complimentary dinner for two at Stratta Encore, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV, 89109. The complimentary dinner at Stratta Encore is limited to a maximum value of $150.00 and DOES NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY OR TIP.
• Two complimentary tickets to a perfromance of “Le Rêve” at Wynn Las Vegas. “Le Rêve” is not performed on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Show times and dates are subject to availability. (ARV: $258.00)
Prize certificates are valid until December 19, 2010. Winners are required to book their trips at least three (3) weeks in advance.• Complimentary dinner for two at Stratta Encore, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV, 89109. The complimentary dinner at Stratta Encore is limited to a maximum value of $150.00 and DOES NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY OR TIP.
• Two complimentary tickets to a perfromance of “Le Rêve” at Wynn Las Vegas. “Le Rêve” is not performed on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Show times and dates are subject to availability. (ARV: $258.00)
Prize, including all Prize elements, is non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be combined with any other offer, is only available during a trip booked under this promotion and has no cash value. Prize substitution will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize. Any unused Prize elements will be forfeited. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or winner will forfeit the Prize. A valid credit card authorized to cover room tax, plus $200 a night for any possible incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Any any all expenses not set forth herein, including any travel expenses or incidentals, shall be the sole responsibility of each Winner.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsors.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, as well as all other costs or expenses associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail; if Sponsors are unable to contact a Winner by September 13, 2010, the Winner may be disqualified and prize may be forfeited, and a substitute winner may be selected.
The winners may be required to present valid identification and to sign a Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by September 10, 2010 in order to receive the prize. Failure to provide acceptable identification or timely execute and return any required forms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of a prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, KTLA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. Information submitted in Internet entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc., may be used by KTLA TV for marketing or promotional purposes.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to have your name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness used in any and all media for promotional purposes relating to this Sweepstakes or future similar Sweepstakess without further compensation or notice, except as prohibited by law.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, and you hereby release and hold harmless Sponsors, their parents, parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from your participation in this Sweepstakes and your acceptance, possession, misuse and use of any prize and any travel related thereto, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity and privacy.

A list of the winners’ names will be available after the winners have been verified and the prizes have been awarded.
