CONTEST DATES
The contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on February 21, 2011 and ends at 5:00:00 PM PT on February 27, 2011. All entries must be submitted and received within this time period. Any entries not received within this time period will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER
Enter by completing and submitting the online entry form posted at www.ktla.com/contests. You must provide all information requested on the entry form, including your predictions of who (or what film) will win awards during the 83nd annual Academy Awards broadcast on February 27, 2011 ("Predictions"). You must have a valid e-mail account in order for your entry to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the holder of the e-mail account will be deemed the person who submitted the entry. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Subsequent entries from the same email address will be deleted.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to submit the entries. Any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.

ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open only to legal residents of the KTLA television viewing area, who are 21 years of age or older as of February 21, 2011. Employees (and their immediate household or family members) of Sponsors and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize providers, promotion and delivery contractors and/or public relations companies associated with this Contest, are not eligible to participate.

PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION
The entrant with the most correct answers will be declared the winner. In the case of a tie or ties, the entrants with the highest number of correct answers will be placed in a pool, and a winner will be selected from these entries in a random drawing conducted by the UPickem contest system on or near February 27, 2011. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and on the number of correct predictions in each entry.

The winner will receive a Celebrity Gift Basket compiled by Distinctive Assets. The gift basket includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsors.

Total Approximate Retail Value of the Celebrity Gift Basket is $17,716. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prizes, as well as all other costs or expenses involved in participating in the contest, that are not specifically included in the prize package, including travel to and from the luxury event for the Barrador world Tour event and any other incidentals incurred therein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be combined with any other offer, and has no cash value. Prize substitution will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize. Any unused Prize elements will be forfeited. The actual value of certain of the prize elements may vary depending on date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and other related charges at the time of travel. Therefore, the actual value of the prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. Prize winner and his or her guests/travel companions will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date and return date. Prize winner and his or her travel companion will each be required to provide a valid U.S. Passport and valid government issued identification at time of travel. If the prize winner elects to travel or partake in prize trip with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded to the prize winner. Air transportation and related accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. All prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsors' authorized designee. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the prize winner's possession, or in the possession of the prize winner's travel companion. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsors will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitution will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsors, or as provided in these rules. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize.

The Winner will be notified that he or she has been selected as a winner by telephone or e-mail. If Sponsors are unable to contact the Winners to notify him or her that he or she has won, by March 14, 2011 at 12:00 p.m., or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner's prize shall be forfeited and a substitute winner will be selected.

The winner shall be required to present valid identification and to sign a Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by March 14, 2011, in order to receive the prize. If the winner does not fulfill these requirements, the prize will may forfeited and a substitute winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the contest, KTLA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the contest or any portion of the contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Information submitted in Internet entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc., may be used by KTLA TV for marketing or promotional purposes.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless KTLA and each of its respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Contest or acceptance, delivery or use of prize by Winner. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections (ii) failure of any entry to be received by KTLA due to technical problems, telephone service problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, other communications malfunctions, unavailable network connections, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless service (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Contest, or damage to mobile phone or other PDA device (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, and/or unintelligible (or any combination thereof).

Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules or the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor's right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.

By participating in this contest, you agree to have your name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness used in any and all media for promotional purposes relating to this contest or future similar contests without further compensation or notice, except as prohibited by law.

For a copy of the Official Rules or the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Academy Awards Giveaway 2011," KTLA-TV, Attn: Creative Services, 5800 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90028, by June 1, 2011. The winner's name will be available after the winner has been verified and the prize has been awarded.

This Contest is subject to the KTLA.COM Terms of Service (www.ktla.com/termsofservice) and the KTLA.COM privacy policy (www.ktla.com/privacypolicy) and shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the choice of law provisions thereof.
